The story begins ...
44 Cats is an Italian animated series that shows the daily adventures of Flash, Milady, Saw and Meatball, also known as The Buffycats, the name of their group. And many other cats and kitties who will meet the main characters in their exciting adventures The Buffycats live in a modern city, in the garage of Pina's grandmother. They turn the garage into their club - a place where all the neighborhood cats come together to have fun, relax and, most importantly... help each other!
This series promotes positive values: altruism, tolerance and acceptance of diversity through situations and messages that are understandable to such a young audience. Meatball is a lazy cat. He eats very often. He eats because he is scared, because he is anxious, because he is nervous or excited, because it is dark or light... Any reason is good for eating. He is a "scaredy cat" with a wild imagination. Surprisingly, his crazy theories often turn out to be true! Milady is beautiful, smart, though a bit secretive. She is active and athletic, and a master of feline Kung Fu - although she will use it in exceptional cases when it is absolutely necessary. She prefers to outsmart her opponents and sometimes involves the Flash in this.
Meatball's superpower: he suddenly begins to feel the need to eat "spaghetti and meatballs" whenever danger is close. In these cases, Meatball's friends instantly freeze in place, afraid of what might happen next. Meatball plays the keyboard. He likes it because he doesn't have to jump and he can put the goodies next to him.
Milady's superpower: her fur turns pink when someone around her is lying. Milady sings and plays the bass guitar.
